Dean D'Amico, 64, of Mount Bethel, is charged with felony institutional sexual assault, corruption of minors, unlawful contact with a minor, and misdemeanor indecent assault, state court records show.
Authorities claim D'Amico carried on an "inappropriate relationship with a juvenile student." He was working as a bus driver but not employed directly by the school district, police noted.
Palmer Township police arrested D'Amico at his Mount Bethel home on Wednesday, March 22, the department said. He remains locked up at the Northampton County Prison in lieu of a $250,000 bond, they added.
